CAMPISACAST DOCK LEVELLERS
The CampisaCast dock levellers represents the simplest solution for building a loading bay: there is no wood closures to be made. Only a slab at minus 550 mm has to be done, on which the Campisacast lays and is nailed. The concrete is poured all around, up to the finished pavement. The freight is for pieces 550 mm high.
The CampisaCast system is conceived to be used during the wet trades, the top surface is protected by a PVC coat that also seals the side spaces between platform and side sheets, as to avoid the entrance of cement and aggressive, and protect the leveller during the wet trades. Into the spaces between platform and sides there are sheets of polystyrene that keep the distance between them. The front connection has an anchoring system that remain inside the pouring of the cement, with an exceptional strength. On them the bumpers find easy and strong fixation by the simple screwing on of the bolts.On the sides and on the back everything is foreseen with the necessary anchors and the patented system of nail-proof that avoids the hooking of the pit side sheets..For the performance of the levellers see the leveller with swivelling lip (ipertest) or leveller with telescopic lip (ipertest).
The CampisaCast is nothing else than “a ready suit” for the characteristics and the functioning of the swivelling lip dock leveller (ipertest) or telescopic lip dock leveller (ipertest) Look at the two dedicated sections.
The CampisaCast system allows to lay a dock leveller already mounted inside a form-work that has to be only poured-around, for obtaining a sure and effective loading bay. The CAMPISACAST only requires to be lay onto a slab at minus 550 mm from the finished pavement. The corrugated trounking requires to be laid and the formwork requires to be nailed onto the slab.
When the “wet trades are finished, the technicians pass into the trounking the command wirings and the leveller is ready to work.
PLATFORM PROTECTED BY A PVC FILM
All CampisaCast are delivered with a PVC film sticked onto the top platform, until the side frames, and into the between, polystyrene sheets are introduced in order to keep the distance between platform and pit-sides. The top PVC sheet preserves the dock leveller from the aggressive components of the wet trades. Once the wet trades are finished, the PVC sheet is detached and deserted. The dock leveller remains perfect
ANCHORS FOR THE BUMPERS
The front assembly that closes the leveller CampisaCast has a special system for fixing the bumpers, each bolt of the bumper will be strongly blocked because a threatened bolt results fixed and anchored inside the pouring. The standard product foresees the Standard bumpers, dimensions 60x350x 120 mm deep from dock rim, fixing by 3 bolts M12.
FINISHING
The whole structure in contact with the cement is of sendzimir coated sheet and grants a long lasting also if in bed weather conditions.
PRE-WIRING
The hydraulic and the electric systems (when with power pack into the pit) are realized and tested at the workshop. At the installation moment the installation times are very reduced.
ANCHORINGS
The CampisaCast has special anchors on the backside studied, by experience, for long lasting also with all the effords transmitted to the head hangings that connect the platform to the dock. A patented “ant-nail” system that grants against the hooking of the perimeter side sheets complete the peculiarities of this dock leveller.
HANDLING
The CampisaCast levellers are supplied with a lifting tool adapt for a crane and for a fork lift.

In conformity to the provisions of the Norm EN 1398 the levellers have:
- automatic safety valve on the descent of the levellers, in case of accidental departure of the vehicle
- blocking electro valve commanded by the door switch
- foot guards both sides

- ant-slippery and self-draining surface almond sheet
- minimum 25 mm horizontal or vertical between lip and rest bar
- positive blocking system for maintenance
- and-wind head hinge, smooth in all the inclinations
