Electrohydraulic dock leveller with swivelling lip, strong and lasting, it allows to load the vehicles in the most safe system. Pit height of only 550 mm. Installation with simple accessories in a traditional pit. Continuous head hinging, ant-wind.

The dock leveller, connected to a vehicle truck-bed is “an inert bridge” that follows the vertical movements of the vehicle during the loading. The leveller in rest position has a safe support and in this position it can be crossed at full load. .
The functioning cycle is grant by a single button command (dead man), with the following sequence:

  • depressed button: the leveller raises until maximum lift where the lip swivels outside
  • at extended lip, release the button and the leveller gently lowers to contact with the truck bed
  • the loading is made
  • for the return to rest-position – to be made before the departure of the vehicle – depress the button and release ti with the closed lip, before the maximum lift (that starts again the swivelling out of the lip), the leveller gently lowers to the rest position.

NOTE: Campisa swivelling lip dock levellers have a double-effect lip cylinder, that grants the return to zero position and its entrance into the two rest position blocks, without any greasing or maintenance. The lip has self-cleaning hinges, that do not retain fragments of wooden pallets and dirtiness.

Maximum slope of 12,5% as per EN 1398 Norm (ant slipperi slope). The fork lift trucks normally overtake 8% slope, the handpallets 4%, so reduce the slope to work better.

Lift with one hydraulic cylinder 60 mm diameter.
Opening and closure of the lip by an hydraulic cylinder double effect, that grants for the safe return to rest position of the leveller

The installation of the leveller is made with simple welding (to be made from the outside of the leveller) of the three head hinges, of the front bar, and expansion bolts for the cylinder flange on the base of the pit. Pit as per indications on the dedicated Technical Sheet.

In conformity to the provisions of the Norm EN 1398 the levellers have:

  • automatic safety valve on the descent of the levellers, in case of accidental departure of the vehicle
  • blocking electrovalve commanded by the door switch
  • foot guards both sides
  • maximum pressure valve
  • ant-slippery and self-draining surface almond sheet
  • minimum 25 mm horizontal or vertical between lip and rest bar
  • positive blocking system for maintenance
  • and-wind head hinge, smooth in all the inclinations

The standard nominal load of the dock levellers is of 6.000 kg (10.000 kg uniformly distributed, but this is not the scope of the dock levellers), optional 9.000 kg (15.000 kg uniformly distributed).
