The European Standard requires adequate resistant to both flame and heat transmission.
Over the years, CAMPISA has come to produce all types of fire doors, but has specialized in vertical opening sectional fire doors, for which it has succeeded in obtaining resistance certification for 60, 120 and 180 minutes. CAMPISA is the only company in the world to manufacture and market a sectional fire door that is certified to withstand 180 minutes.

The first photo shows a a horizontal scrolling fire door. The door closes the opening when the fire alarm is activated, sliding with gravity along a horizontal rail.
In the second photo is a vertical opening sectional fire door, also for intensive use.
- Opens by command, which can also be done by remote control.
- It can remain completely open and close itself when the fire alarm is triggered. Closure happens at a rate of 8cm per second.
- If, while descending even during a fire alarm, there is an obstacle, the door will stop (as long as the backup battery maintains enough charge), continuing its descent once the obstacle has been cleared.
- When the door is open, if an obstacle remains for more than a certain amount of time (settable) in the opening, a repeatable remote alarm sounds.
