Suspended ramp with beam or telescopic spout

Campisa produces suspended loading ramps equipped with a frame compatible with existing arrangements such as corner counter frames or the “C suspension” direct floor attachment system. Total transport height 550 m.

Campisa produces two models of suspended ramps:

Suspended “C” ramp: pre-mounted on a self-supporting structure, with the perimeter part to be welded directly to the rods cast in the concrete around the pit. The pit may have the extra pit for the tail lift for trucks which need sturdy armor for construction and cheek support.
The suspended “C” ramp must be laid before the casting of the floor.

Suspended ramp of the “L” type: pre-mounted on a self-supporting structure with an inverted “L” -shaped perimeter part that requires a special counter frame in the construction of the pit edge, as per drawing, on which the “L” is supported and welded with the contraindication of unsightly, unsightly welds. This system was thus conceived to partially obviate the problem of floor fractures that are often generated with the “C” type Suspended ramp. The Suspended L-shaped ramp is installed at the end of the wet works.

SHIPMENT The ramp on a suspended frame made by Campisa has a height of only 550 mm. This allows the shipment of multiple overlapping ramps with significant savings on the cost of shipping. FINISH The frame structure is made with elements in hot-dip galvanized sheet metal and painted elements, in case of combination with hot-dip galvanized ramps the entire frame is galvanized. PRE-WIRING The hydraulic and electrical systems (if the engine is in the pit) are made and tested in the factory. At the time of installation the ramp activation time is very short. INSTALLATION The installation of the suspended ramp is carried out through the perimeter welding to the casting calls or to the walled counterframe by and charged to the customer. HANDLING The suspended ramps are supplied with the necessary lifting tool that allows them to be moved using a lifting trolley or a simple crane.
In compliance with the provisions of EN 1398, the ramps are equipped with:
  • Automatic valve to block the descent in case of unexpected departure of the vehicle.
  • Block solenoid valve controlled by power supply isolator switch.
  • Movable side foot guards.
  • Maximum pressure valve.
  • Non-slip checkered sheet.
  • Minimum 25 mm between folded spout and resting support.
  • Positive locking system of the raised ramp, for safe maintenance.
  • Rounded windproof head zip, allows the passage without jolts in any connection position.
The nominal capacity of the standard loading ramps is 6,000 kg (10,000 kg evenly distributed), optional 9,000 kg (15,000 kg evenly distributed).
The electro-hydraulic operation of the loading ramps requires connection to the electrical network, the standard models have a three-phase 230/400 V, 50/60 Hz power supply. If necessary, drives with different power supply voltages can be created.
